This design is made from a vintage black velour hood blocked into a short brimmed retro style with pork pie style ringed crown. The ribbon is also vintage and has been pleated into a modern design. Inside measurement is 23". The crown is 3 1/2" tall at highest point. One of a kind modern piece from vintage materials.
