It was a horrible experience. Although Kiri was polite in her communication she held onto my hat for over 2 weeks past the rental period without even posting it. Additionally she did not pay the late fees of $10/day that apply to this hat. I feared my hat was stolen. Luckily she eventually returned it once it was 3 weeks over due! Never again!
