1 month agoHat arrived with roses broken off. Flowers they used looked to be purchased at a craft store, the kind sold in bunches at a mass market hobby store, The “roses” had metal stems that were poking through, and were previously attempted at repair with glue, not a single hand stitch in site. The glue did not work, because you cannot attach a metal stems to a quill in this way. The quills were broken as well. This was not proper millinery technique in any way, and worse a total waste of time and money. To have waited to wear this hat to a special event, pay over $200 for it was a complete disappointment. It has been sitting broken in my closet and never worn. The pictures are completely misleading and deceiving. Disgraceful.
