Pretty Party Hat !
This is a perfect hat for a baby shower, Happy Hour, Birthday, The Races or any cheerful occasion.
A rather whimsical piece with colorful ribbons, colorful beads and buttons, feathers and distressed crinoline.
This creation is designed upon a tear drop sinamay base. A variety of solid and plaid ribbons are artfully tucked in and around the base. In and about the ribbons, there are clusters of glass beads and buttons blooming throughout. To give height, you will find, yellow coque feathers and distressed yellow crinoline.
Ideal for any age ... one size fits all. Imagine a flower girl coming down the aisle.
